FERRYL 202 Aluminium is a chemically active rust preventing grease paint, substantially containing FERRYL RUST-INHIBITORS.
FERRYL 202 Aluminium is easy to apply and gives excellent rust protection, is highly weather resistant with excellent adhesion properties and has a melting point of 110 C.

Range of Applications
FERRYL 202 Aluminium is forcases where extremehigh temperatures can occur, for instance on tankers on hot cover screws where the grease will stand up to a temperature of 110 C (230 F) before melting. Also,very often used on bulk carriers etc. For use on hatch over runways, wheels and other objects where a nice,non cracking anticorrosive film is desirable and where ordinary paint will not last. Ferryl 202 Aluminium is a grease paint.

FERRYL 202 Aluminium is specially designed for use on board ships and the rust protection of tank screws, valves, gear wheels, hatch cover wheels, etc.

Directions for Use
FERRYL 202 Aluminium is delivered ready to use and is applied by brush or draw-glowe.
FERRYL 202 Aluminium is delivered in 30kg steel drums.

In certain cases, especially in cold climates, FERRYL 101 anticorrosive oil is recommended instead of FERRYL 202 Aluminium as 101 has a lower viscosity and penetrates easier into the core of the wires. Where moisture occurs, the surface should be sprayed with Ferryl Rustoil before application of Ferryl 202 Aluminium.
